Roasted Balsamic Chicken

4 Chicken Breast, Bone in
¼ cup Bodacious Blackberry Ginger Balsamic Vinegar
1 tablespoon Bodacious Mild Olive Oil
1 ½ teaspoon Oregano
Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 400. Arrange chicken in a 9x13 glass dish. Pour Balsamic vinegar over and sprinkle 
evenly with olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Bake 20 minutes and baste with vinegar juice. Cook 
another 20 minutes or until chicken juices run clear. Serve immediately.
